VICTORIA, BC - 26 June 2025 - Following the insights gathered in the 2024 OA Client Satisfaction Survey, OA Solutions is taking bold steps to expand team capacity and deepen expertise in Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) to better support the evolving needs of Canadian post-secondary institutions.

For over 20 years, OA has assisted post-secondary institutions in analyzing their business processes; recommending changes; and protecting their investment in the Ellucian® Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems.

 

During our 2024 Client Satisfaction Survey, clients emphasized the need for expert guidance on SaaS migration, business process readiness, system integration, and cloud service planning. In response, OA Solutions is making strategic investments to be a trusted and proactive partner during this critical transition.
